1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or placing an order on www.brewdisk.com (the “Website”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Products & Services 2.1 Brewdisk sells single-serve drip coffee discs (“Products”). 2.2 Images are for illustration; slight colour/packaging variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment 3.1 Prices are in UAE Dirham (AED). 3.1 We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice, but never after you have received order confirmation. 3.3 Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay 3.4 For subscription plans:

• You authorise recurring billing every 30/60/90 days as selected.
• You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account with 48h notice before next billing date.
• No refunds for partially used subscription cycles.

4. Order Confirmation & Contract 4.1 An order is only accepted once you receive a confirmation email. 4.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock-out). In such cases you will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days.

5. Delivery – UAE Only 5.1 A flat AED 10 fee applies for the UAE. 5.2 Delivery timeline: Orders are delivered the next day, we can possibly deliver the same day, if order is placed before 10 am on a business day. 5.3 Title and risk pass to you upon delivery. 5.4 We are not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or incorrect address provided.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchange 6.1 No return or exchange on all products listed on the website.

7. Faulty or Damaged Products 7.1 If discs are defective (e.g., leaking, mould, off-taste), contact hello@brewdisk.com with photos within 48h of receipt. 7.2 We will replace or fully refund at our discretion – no questions asked.

8. Intellectual Property All content (logos, photos, copy, “Brewdisk” trademark) is owned by Brewdisk Coffee Roasting & Packaging LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Brewdisk’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. 9.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Subscription-Specific Terms 10.1 Minimum commitment: none – cancel anytime. 10.2 Price-lock guarantee for 12 months on the same plan (we will not increase your recurring price during this period). 10.3 Benefits are tied to active subscription status.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes 11.1 One code per order. 11.2 Not combinable with subscription discount unless explicitly stated. 11.3 Expiry dates are final.

12. Privacy Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy (link in footer). We never sell personal data.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.

14. Amendments We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the Website at the time of your order applies. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
