Water temperature affects drip coffee. Too cool makes it weak and sour, too hot makes it bitter. The ideal range is 90–96°C, which you can get by letting boiled water sit for about 30–45 seconds before brewing, or stop the kettle when the water starts boiling (gentle boil).

Of course! If you enjoy your coffee with a bit of milk, just add the milk after you finish brewing your cup!

Yes and no! We always use the same beans and deliver them fresh to your doorstep, preserving their flavor through vacuum sealing. However, drip coffee naturally evolves as it cools, its flavor notes unfold and shift with temperature. So while the quality stays consistent, the taste experience changes pleasantly from the first sip to the last.
